ZenTask 2.0

I built ZenTask as a calm, distraction-free desktop app for managing daily, weekly, and long-term goals. The app uses a lightweight widget for quick task capture and a larger dashboard for planning, tracking progress, and reviewing completed vs pending work.

Development focused on keeping the experience simple while still powerful: checklist-based task management, optional scheduling, and a clean interface that stays out of the way. I also integrated AI features to generate drafts, suggest subtasks, and turn vague goals into actionable steps, plus Notion sync so tasks can move across platforms.

Overall, ZenTask is designed for people who want structure and intelligent support without the complexity of heavy project-management tools.
