#Overview
LiberPass is a WhatsApp assistant for insurance brokers that answers policy status, coverage details, due dates and document requests around the clock, integrated with each insurer's live data. I joined LiberPass's IT team as a Frontend/Software Developer (contractor) from March to September 2026, working alongside the product and backend teams.
I owned the marketing site end-to-end: interface design, building it out with Astro, performance optimization and SEO positioning so the site loads fast and ranks well. I also contributed to the team's internal portal — a Vue 3 app with a buildless architecture (no bundler, modules loaded via import maps) styled with Tailwind CSS and tested with Vitest — building UI components for broker and agency management flows inside a security-conscious system with encrypted credentials, two-factor authentication and scoped visibility between insurance producers.
